一种伺服控制机构设计与调试技术研究与应用

摘要 伺服控制机构是液压泵和马达中关键部件之一,一般由伺服组件和驱动组件组成,用来控制斜盘倾角的大小和方向,改变柱塞组件在转子孔内的行程,从而改变泵的排量,实现泵的双向排量控制,控制马达轴输出转速的方向和大小。因此,伺服控制机构决定了联体泵马达的转速控制性能。通过对伺服控制机构设计与调试技术的研究,为提升伺服控制组件一次调试合格率,缩短单台组件及整机调试时间,打下了坚实的理论与实际技术基础。 The servo control mechanism is one of the key components of the hydraulic pump and motor.It is generally composed of a servo component and a control component.It is used to control the size and direction of the angle of the swash plate,change the stroke of the plunger component in the rotating barrel and thereby change the displacement of the pump,and control bidirectional displacement of the pump,and control the direction and the output speed of the motor shaft.Therefore,the servo control mechanism determines the speed control performance of the combined pump motor.Through the research of servo control mechanism design and debugging technology,it has laid a solid theoretical and practical technical foundation in order to improve the qualification rate of the first-time debugging of servo control components,shorten the debugging time of single components and the whole machine.
