摘要
空气弹簧生产工艺关键点的控制在很大程度上影响空气弹簧的刚度特性及使用寿命。针对目前空气弹簧存在工艺关键点控制不够严格导致无法达到设计的刚度特性以及气囊存在缺陷等问题,分析了橡胶气囊的帘布裁剪工艺、成型工艺和硫化工艺,对影响空气弹簧刚度特性和橡胶气囊质量的关键工艺及参数进行了研究,提出了空气弹簧生产工艺关键点参数的控制方案,使空气弹簧达到设计要求的刚度特性和使用寿命。
The control of key points in the production process greatly affects the stiffness characteristics and service life of air springs.Aiming at the problems that the current air springs have insufficient key process control points,which cannot achieve the stiffness characteristics of the design and the bellows have defects,the clothing process,molding process and vulcanization process of the bellows are analyzed.The key technology and parameters of the system have been studied,and the control scheme of the key parameters of the air spring production process has been proposed,so that the air spring can meet the stiffness characteristics and service life required by the design.
