摘要
土木水利专业人才是实施黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展重大国家战略的关键,而人才培养模式的选择很大程度上决定了土木水利专业学位研究生的培养质量。以郑州大学水利科学与工程学院土木水利专业研究生培养为例,从人才培养定位、学科专业结构、基地搭建、基地导师遴选机制及双方学术互动交流等方面进行了改革探索,并取得了初步成效,可为其他院校土木水利专业学位研究生的培养方案提供参考。
Civil engineering and water conservancy professionals are the key to implement the national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin,and the choice of talent training model largely determines the training quality of civil engineering and water conservancy professional degree graduates.This paper takes the training of graduate students of civil engineering and water conservancy major in the School of Water Conservancy Science and Engineering of Zhengzhou University as an example.The reform and exploration are carried out from the aspects of talent training orientation,discipline structure,base construction,base tutor selection mechanism and academic interaction between the two sides,and preliminary results have been achieved.This paper can provide reference for the training program of graduate students of civil engineering and water conservancy professional degree in other colleges and universities.
