摘要
随着质量监管人才职能定位和岗位需求的转变,任职培训模式需求发生了很大改变,而现有任职培训过程中大多采用学历教育的教学模式。通过分析装备质量监管人才任职培训的特点与需求,“开放式、案例式、推演式”三式教学方法的特点,以及在任职培训中的优势,对三式教学方法进行了实践,证明了三式教学方法在任职教育中的有效性。
With the change of function orientation and post demand of the quality supervision talents,the demand of the post-oriented training model has changed dramatically.Most of the existing post-oriented training adopt the teaching model of academic degree education.By analyzing the characteristics and requirements of the post-oriented training of equipment quality supervision talents,the characteristics of the“open,case-based and deductive”teaching methods and their advantages in post-oriented training,this paper practices the“open,case-based and deductive”teaching methods,which proves the effectiveness of the three teaching methods in post-oriented training.
