Based on the pilot projects of the National Guidelines for Health Care for High-Risk Children and the Guidelines for Health Care Services for High-risk Children,to study integrated strategies for the early comprehensive development of high-risk children to further promote the high-quality development of county-level child health management projects. The five major items in the national basic public health service were integrated for performance evaluation, and the characteristic management measures for the early comprehensive health care of high-risk infants in Rudong County were systematically described. The implementation of multi-project integration and characteristic expansion management of high-risk children can effectively promote the higher-level development of county-level child care.High-risk child care is a management project that integrates clinical and public health, whose technology and service requirements are high;to achieve early comprehensive development requires the grassroots maternal and child health department to continuously innovate ideas and expand management projects that are more conducive to the long-term development of high-risk children, thereby effectively promoting children's health management.
