大学生精神卫生知识知晓、对精神障碍患者歧视状况对专业性心理求助态度影响的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Influence of Undergraduates’Mental Health Knowledge and Discrimination of Mental Disorders on Professional Psychological Help-seeking Attitudes

目的分析大学生精神卫生知识知晓、对精神障碍患者歧视状况对专业性心理求助态度影响。方法于2019年8月,使用专业性心理求助态度量表与《精神卫生工作指标调查评估方案》中的问卷,面向609名大学生展开调查,围绕性别差异、专业差异、精神卫生知识知晓程度等进行调查分析,获得调查结果。结果根据问卷调查结果显示,调查对象的专业心理求助态度量表结果为(99.11±11.68)分。其中,女性学生的专业性心理求助态度得分为(101.31±11.67)分,显著高于男性学生(94.34±11.77)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非医学生心理求助态度得分结果为(101.67±11.83)分显著高于医学生(94.45±12.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据调查结果显示,大学生精神卫生知识得分结果为(16.03±3.12)分,总分≥16分共计357名。其中,非医学生得分结果为(15.73±3.01)分;医学生得分结果为(14.42±2.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据问卷调查的结果显示,大学生歧视精神疾病评估量得分为(78.01±13.71)分。女性得分为(78.01±12.13)分,男性得分为(78.56±12.06)分;非医学专业得分为(76.89±15.33)分,医学专业得分为(77.34±14.76)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根据问卷调查结果分析得出,根据学生对精神卫生相关知识的了解程度、对精神障碍患者歧视水平,能够预测大学生专业性心理求助的态度,为心理健康工作的开展可提供有力的支持。

Objective To analyze the impact of college students'mental health knowledge and discrimination against patients with mental disorders on their professional psychological help-seeking attitudes.Methods In August 2019,using the professional psychological help-seeking attitude scale and the questionnaire in the"Mental Health Work Indicators Survey and Evaluation Program",a survey was conducted with 609 college students,focusing on gender differences,professional differences,mental health knowledge awareness,etc.Conducted investigation and analysed and obtained investigation results.Results According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the survey respondents’professional psychological help-seeking attitude scale results were(99.11±11.68)points.Among them,the professional psychological help-seeking attitude score of female students was(101.31±11.67)points,which was significantly higher than that of male students(94.34±11.77)points.The different was statistically significant(P<0.05).The result of non-medical students'psychological help-seeking attitude score was(101.67±11.83)points,which was significantly higher than that of medical students(94.45±12.45)points,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the survey results,the mental health knowledge score of college students was(16.03±3.12)points,and a total of 357 people had a total score of≥16 points.Among them,the score of non-medical students was(15.73±3.01)points;the score of medical students was(14.42±2.76)points,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the evaluation score of discrimination against mental illness among college students was(78.01±13.71)points.The female score was(78.01±12.13)points,the male score was(78.56±12.06)points;the non-medical professional score was(76.89±15.33)points,and the medical professional score was(77.34±14.76)points.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion According to the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey,according to the students'understanding of mental health-related knowledge and the level of discrimination against patients with mental disorders,it can predict college students'professional psychological help-seeking attitudes and provide strong support for the development of mental health work.
