摘要
目的分析在外科新护士规范化培训中应用改良式护理迷你临床评估量表的应用价值。方法抽选于2019年1月—2020年8月期间该院参与外科新护士规范化培训的新护士共80名,根据计算机随机分配原则均分为对照组、研究组,各40名。对照组均接受传统教学模式进行培训、考核,研究组均采用改良式护理迷你临床评估量表进行培训、考核。评价及对比两组的核心能力维度、临床护理维度、科研维度、领导能力维度、人际关系维度、临床实践维度、专业发展维度、教育咨询维度评分;两组外科新护士对考评方法的满意率;两组理论考试合格率、操作考试合格率、工作能考核合格率;患者对两组外科新护士的护理满意率。结果研究组的核心能力维度、临床护理维度、科研维度、领导能力维度、人际关系维度、临床实践维度、专业发展维度、教育咨询维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对考评方法的满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组的理论考试合格率、操作考试合格率、工作能考核合格率均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对研究组外科新护士的护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科新护士规范化培训中应用改良式护理迷你临床评估量表,可有效促使外科新护士的核心能力养成,增强外科护理理念与实践的掌握能力,提高其综合专业素养,患者护理满意率高,是一种可靠的考评方法,值得临床开展。
Objective To analyze the application value of the modified nursing mini-clinical assessment scale in the standardized training of new surgical nurses.Methods A total of 80 new nurses in the hospital who participated in the standardized training of new surgical nurses from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided according to the principle of computer random allocation into control group and the study group,each with 40 nurses.The control group received the traditional teaching model for training and assessment,and the research group used the modified nursing mini-clinical evaluation scale for training and assessment.Evaluate and compare the two groups'core competence,clinical nursing,scientific research,leadership,interpersonal relationship,clinical practice,professional development,and educational consulting;the two groups of new surgical nurses'satisfaction rate with the evaluation method;the passing rate of theoretical examination,the passing rate of operation examination,and the passing rate of job performance assessment in the two groups;the nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups of new surgical nurses.Results The core competency,clinical nursing,scientific research,leadership,interpersonal relationship,clinical practice,professional development,and educational consulting scores of the study group were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the evaluation method was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the pass rate of the theoretical examination,the pass rate of the operational examination,and the pass rate of the work ability assessment of the research group were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of new surgical nurses in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the modified nursing mini clinical assessment scale in the standardized training of new surgical nurses can effectively promote the development of the core competence of new surgical nurses,enhance the mastery of surgical nursing concepts and practices,improve their comprehensive professional quality,and provide patient care satisfaction rate,which is a reliable evaluation method,and it is worthy of clinical development.
