浅谈医院超声科室质量控制与管理常见问题及政策建议

Talking about the Common Problems and Policy Suggestions in the Quality Control and Management of the Hospital Ultrasound Department

目的分析医院内部超声科室的质量管控常见问题及其政策建议。方法将该院2018年7月—2019年8月超声科室收治350例患者纳入研究对象范围,以就诊顺序,采用随机分组法,将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组175例。结果相比对照组,观察组感染发生率显著较低,对医师工作的满意度显著较高,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比对照组,观察组对超声科室内部质量管控实施效果显著较高,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于医院内部超声科的质量管控中所存在的各种问题,需要医院充分重视起来,注重学科管理及专业设置的强化,注重人才吸纳及培养,强化临床科室沟通交流,逐步完善各项制度及规范化操作等,促使超声科室获取极高的质量管控实施效果,以确保患者对超声科室总体医务工作的满意度得到提升。

Objective To analyze the common problems and policy recommendations of the quality control of the hospital's internal ultrasound department.Methods 350 patients admitted to the ultrasound department of the hospital from July 2018 to August 2019 were included in the scope of the study.The patients were divided into control group and the observation group,in the order of visits and a random grouping method.175 cases in each group.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a significantly lower incidence of infection and a significantly higher satisfaction with the doctor's work.The difference in data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group's implementation effect of internal quality control in the ultrasound department was significantly higher,and the difference in data between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the various problems existing in the quality control of the hospital's internal ultrasound department,the hospital needs to pay full attention to the strengthening of discipline management and professional settings,focus on talent absorption and training,strengthen communication between clinical departments,and gradually improve various systems and standardized operations,etc.,promote the ultrasound department to obtain extremely high quality control implementation effects,to ensure that patients'satisfaction with the overall medical work of the ultrasound department.
