中药房管理中的PDCA循环法应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of PDCA Circulation Method in the Management of Chinese Pharmacy

目的分析中药房管理中的PDCA循环法应用效果。方法应用医学小样本对比分析法,选取该院2020年1—6月中药房60项管理项目为考核重点,按照管理方法不同,等分为对照组和实验组。分别施以常规管理和PDCA循环法管理,临床就二者的中药房结果进行分析。结果实验组管理差错率为0项(0.00%)明显低于对照组的6项(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组在调剂差错指标、处方综合调配能力、药学服务质量合格指数上数值对比分别为(0.32±0.25)分、(9.71±0.60)分、(9.54±0.39)分和(3.48±0.17)分、(7.38±0.19)分、(7.11±0.67)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药房管理中的PDCA循环法的应用效果显著,可作为有效防控管理差错率;改进调剂差错指标、处方综合调配能力、药学服务质量合格指数等管理质量效果。

Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA circulation method in the management of Chinese pharmacies.Methods Using the medical small sample comparative analysis method,we selected 60 management items of the Chinese pharmacy in the hospital from January to June 2020 as the assessment focus.According to different management methods,they were divided into control group and experimental group.Routine management and PDCA cycle management were applied respectively,and the results of the two Chinese pharmacies were analyzed clinically.Results The management error rate of the experimental group was 0 item(0.00%),which was significantly lower than that of the control group 6 items(20.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The numerical comparison between the experimental group and the control group on the adjustment error index,the comprehensive prescription ability,and the pharmaceutical service quality eligibility index were(0.32±0.25)points,(9.71±0.60)points,(9.54±0.39)points and(3.48±0.17)points,(7.38±0.19)points,(7.11±0.67)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle method in the management of Chinese pharmacies has a significant application effect,which can be used as an effective prevention and control error rate;improving the management quality effects such as adjustment error indicators,comprehensive prescription allocation capabilities,and pharmacy service quality qualification index.
