干部人事档案专项审核是十八大以来我国实施全面治党治吏的一项重要举措,从2018年11月中共中央办公厅印发《干部人事档案工作条例》以来,我国各级各类干部人事档案内容建设、日常管理等方面的工作获得了有效的规范。中央组织部在全国干部人事档案工作会议上强调,干部人事档案是党的重要执政资源,是干部队伍建设不可缺少的一部分。在此之后,各级组织人事部门和干部人事档案工作者以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想与党的十九大精神为指引,持续推动干部人事档案工作科学化、制度化和规范化,取得了显著的成绩。而在新形势下,我国各级党组织应进一步完善对干部人事档案工作的部署,在全局把握的基础上推动实践落实,进一步提高干部人事档案管理水平。该文将着重探讨干部人事档案专项审核的相关问题。

The special review of cadre personnel files is an important measure for our country to implement comprehensive governance of the party and officials since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Since the"Regulations on Cadre Personnel File Work"issued by the General Office of the Communist Party of China in November 2018,all levels of our country had content construction and daily management of cadre personnel files.The Central Organization Department emphasized at the National Cadre Personnel File Work Conference that the cadre personnel file is an important resource for the party’s governance and an indispensable part of the building of the cadre team.After that,the personnel departments of organizations and cadres and personnel archives workers at all levels,guided by Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,continued to promote the scientific,institutional and standardization of cadre personnel archives,and achieved remarkable results.In the new situation,the party organizations at all levels in our country should further improve the deployment of cadre personnel file work,promote the implementation of practice on the basis of grasping the overall situation,and further improve the level of cadre personnel file management.The article will focus on the issues related to the special review of cadre personnel files.
