摘要
目的对于妇产科护理教学工作中开展循证护理的具体方法以及应用效果进行探讨。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月妇产科护理实习生66名作为该次研究对象,利用随机数表法对所选妇产科护理实习生加以分组,给予其中33名妇产科护理实习生传统教学模式,作为对照组,给予33名妇产科护理实习生循证护理教学模式,作为研究组,对比两组妇产科护理实习生接受不同教学模式之后的考试成绩。结果两组妇产科护理实习生接受不同教学模式之后,理解能力评分、知识记忆评分、知识简单应用评分、综合应用评分以及创新评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理教学工作中应用循证护理教学模式,能够显著提高妇产科护理实习生临床分析能力,使妇产科护理实习生更好地了解各类理论知识。
Objective To discuss the specific methods and application effects of evidence-based nursing in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 66 obstetrics and gynecology nursing interns from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.The selected obstetrics and gynecology nursing interns were divided into groups using random number table method,and 33 obstetrics and gynecology nursing interns were given.The traditional teaching mode of interns was selected as the control group,and the remaining 33 obstetrics and gynecology nursing interns were given the evidence-based nursing teaching mode,as the research group,to compare the test results of the two groups of obstetrics and gynecology nursing interns after receiving different teaching modes.Results After the two groups of obstetrics and gynecology nursing interns received different teaching models,there were significant statistical differences in comprehension scores,knowledge memory scores,knowledge simple application scores,comprehensive application scores,and innovation scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing teaching mode in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching can significantly improve the clinical analysis ability of obstetrics and gynecology nursing interns,and enable them to better understand various theoretical knowledge.
