情景模拟教学法在神经外科护理带教中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨神经外科护理带教中运用情景模拟教学法带教效果。方法选取2017年9月—2019年6月该院神经外科护理部实习80名护理实习生为研究对象,将在该院神经外科护理部实习的护理实习生均分两组,对照组为护理实习生提供常规带教方案,观察组为护理实习生提供情景模拟教学法,对比两组护理实习生学习情况。结果观察组护理实习生实践操作成绩及理论知识成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理实习生学习兴趣、团队协作能力、主动学习能力及言语表达能力强于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科护理带教中运用情景模拟教学法带教效果显著,能提升实习护生理论知识掌握程度和实践操作能力。 Objective To explore the effect of using scenario simulation teaching method in neurosurgery nursing teaching.Methods From September 2017 to June 2019,80 nursing interns from the Neurosurgery Nursing Department of the hospital were selected as the research objects.The nursing interns who practiced in the Neurosurgery Nursing Department of our hospital were divided into two groups,and the control group adopted regular teaching programs,and the observation group provided the nursing interns with scenario simulation teaching methods to compare the learning situation of the two groups of nursing interns.Results The practice performance and theoretical knowledge scores of the nursing interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing interns in the observation group had strong learning interest,teamwork ability,active learning ability and speech expression ability compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation teaching in neurosurgery nursing teaching has a significant effect,which can improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of nursing students in practice.
