案例教学在临床医学专业局部解剖学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究临床医学专业局部解剖学中采取案例教学模式的应用效果。方法选取该校2019级124名临床医学专业学生,随机将其分为对照组(62名)与观察组(62名),对照组学生运用传统教学方法,观察组予以案例教学方法,教学结束后,通过理论考核与调查问卷方法,比较两组学生期末理论考核成绩与操作评分情况,自我学习效果评价情况。结果与对照组学生期末理论考核成绩、操作评分比,观察组分值更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相对于对照组学生培养自主学习能力、提高解决问题能力、激发学习积极性、培养临床思维能力及培养团结合作精神等方面,观察组均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床医学专业局部解剖学中采取案例教学模式的应用效果显著。 Objective To explore the application effect of case teaching mode in regional anatomy of clinical medicine.Methods A total of 124 students majoring in clinical medicine from the 2019 grade in the school were randomly divided into a control group(62)and an observation group(62).The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the observation group received case teaching methods,through theoretical assessment and questionnaire methods,compare the two groups of students'final theoretical assessment scores and operating scores,as well as the evaluation of self-learning effects.Results Compared with the final theoretical assessment scores and operating scores of the control group students,the observation component values were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group students,the cultivate autonomous learning ability,improve problem-solving ability,stimulate learning enthusiasm,cultivate clinical thinking ability and in terms of cultivating the spirit of unity and cooperation of the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of case teaching mode in regional anatomy of clinical medicine is significant.
