中山市4家健康促进医院建设效果评估指标的统计分析

Statistical Analysis of Evaluation Indexes of Construction Effect of 4 Health Promotion Hospitals in Zhongshan City

目的评估中山市4家二级以上医院开展健康促进医院工作的现状,为巩固并持续深化健康促进医院建设提供科学依据。方法于2020年10月12~27日,以中山市4家健康促进医院为调查对象,中山市健康教育所组织健康促进专家组采用听取汇报、查阅资料、现场考察和访谈、问卷调查方式,依据《健康促进医院现场评分表》(2016年版)中41项效果评价指标进行评估和统计分析。结果在组织架构、制度建设、健康环境、开展健康促进活动及患者满意度方面落实较好,在工作细节质量及持续性、资料收集与整理、无烟医院、健康教育等方面较薄弱。结论创建健康促进医院营造了良好的健康促进环境,针对薄弱之处,医院应完善长效管理机制,持续开展培训与督导,深刻领悟健康促进工作的内涵及意义;加强医院间的学习与交流,开拓思维;规范落实无烟医院及健康教育细节工作,提高医务人员健康促进技术水平,深化健康促进医院建设。

Objective To assess the current status of health promotion hospitals in 4 second-level and above hospitals in Zhongshan City,and provide scientific basis for consolidating and continuously deepening the construction of health promotion hospitals.Methods From October 12 to 27,2020,with 4 health promotion hospitals in Zhongshan City as the survey subjects,the Zhongshan Health Education Institute organized a health promotion expert group to listen to reports,consult materials,on-site investigations and interviews,and questionnaire surveys.The 41 effect evaluation indicators in the"Health Promotion Hospital Field Score Sheet"(2016 edition)were evaluated and statistically analyzed.Results It was well implemented in terms of organizational structure,system construction,healthy environment,health promotion activities,and patient satisfaction.It was weak in terms of quality and continuity of work details,data collection and sorting,smoke-free hospitals,and health education.Conclusion The establishment of health promotion hospitals has created a good health promotion environment.In view of weaknesses,hospitals should improve long-term management mechanisms,continue to carry out training and supervision,and deeply understand the connotation and significance of health promotion work;strengthen learning and exchanges between hospitals,develop thinking;standardize and implement the details of smoke-free hospitals and health education,improve the technical level of health promotion of medical staff,and deepen the construction of health promotion hospitals.
