医疗设备维修管理中PDCA方法的应用及意义分析

Application and Significance Analysis of PDCA Method in Medical Equipment Maintenance Management

目的探索医疗设备维修管理中PDCA方法的应用及意义。方法以该院收集均在2017年1—12月期间完成的设备管理维修工作内容作为对照组,将该院2019年1—12月期间完成的设备管理维修工作内容作为实验组。对照组选择医院常规医疗检验及维修方法,实验组则在此基础上增加PDCA管理方法。比较两组的档案完整情况、设备运行完好情况以及设备检验综合评分。结果实验组的档案完整占比率为99.00%(99/100),明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.188,P<0.05);实验组的设备运行完好占比率为100.00%(100/100),明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.296,P<0.05);实验组干预后的诊断性设备评分为(92.25±0.95)分,治疗性设备评分为(97.65±4.30)分,辅助性设备评分为(93.85±4.45)分,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=34.543、27.335、17.474,P<0.05)。结论在医疗设备维修管理中实施PDCA方法的应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the application and significance analysis of the PDCA method in the maintenance and management of medical equipment.Methods Collected the equipment management and maintenance work completed between January and December 2017 as the control group,and collected equipment management and maintenance work completed between January and December 2019 in the hospital and the work content was used as the experimental group.the control group chooses the hospital's routine medical inspection and maintenance methods,and the experimental group added PDCA management methods on this basis.Compared the completeness of the files,the integrity of the equipment,and the comprehensive score of the equipment inspection of the two groups.Results The percentage of complete files in the experimental group was 99.00%(99/100),which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically siginficant(χ^(2)=4.188,P<0.05);the percentage of equipment in the experimental group was 100.00%(100/100),which was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically siginficant(χ^(2)=4.296,P<0.05);the diagnostic equipment score of the experimental group after intervention was(92.25±0.95)points,and the therapeutic equipment score was(97.65±4.30)points,auxiliary equipment score was(93.85±4.45)points,which were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically siginficant(t=34.543,27.335,17.474,P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PDCA method in medical equipment maintenance management is significant.
