当今社会,在智慧医疗与信息技术飞速发展的大数据时代,医学信息学教育与人才培养工作要全面应对各种机遇与挑战,而建立健全人才教育与培养体系,培养复合创新型医学信息学人才是至关重要的一环。该文主要简述医学信息学发展与人才培养现状,以淄博市事业单位招聘为例,发现影响医学信息学教育与人才培养的主要制约因素,并积极探索医学信息学发展路径,提出合理化建议。

In today's society,in the era of big data with the rapid development of intelligent medical treatment and information technology,medical informatics education and talent training should comprehensively respond to various opportunities and challenges.Establishing and improving the talent education and training system and training compound innovative medical informatics scholars is a crucial link.In the paper,the development of medical informatics and the present situation of personnel training are summarized,and the main factors affecting medical informatics education and personnel training are found by taking the recruitment of public institutions in zibo city as an example,and the development path of medical informatics is actively explored and the rationalization suggestions are put forward.
