HPLC法测定清心莲子饮中京尼平苷酸的含量

Determination of Geniposide in Qingxinlianzi Decoction by HPLC

目的建立采用HPLC法测定清心莲子饮中京尼平苷酸含量的方法;方法采用Elite HPLC C18(4.6×25mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.5%HAc为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1;结果在0.18~0.90μg范围内京尼平苷酸线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=11.185X+0.065,平均加样回收率为101.05%;结论该含量测定方法简便,准确,重现性好,适用于清心莲子饮中京尼平苷酸的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Geniposide in Qingxinlianzi Decoction;METHODS The analysis was performed on elite HPLC C18(4.6×25mm,5μm),The mobile phase wss gradient elution consisted of methanol and 0.5%acetic acid,The detection wavelengths is 254nm,The flow rate is 1.0mL·min-1;RESULTS The linear relationship is good for Geniposide between 0.18~0.90μg respectively with an average recovery rate of 101.05%respectively and the regression equation was:Y=11.185X+0.065;CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It is suitable for the determination of Geniposide in Qingxin Lianzi Decoction.
