摘要
应用电热板消解法测定土壤样品有机质,对电热板加热温度、加热时间等因素进行了探究。结果表明,当电热板温度控制在220℃、加热时间控制在8min时,测定结果较理想。通过国家一级标准物质验证,并将该方法与传统油浴法进行了比较,该方法的精密度(RSD%,n=7)为1.07%~1.96%,准确度(RE%)为1.71%~2.40%,均达到评价标准且优于传统油浴法,方法准确可靠,能满足分析需要。
The electric heating plate digestion method is used to determine the organic matter of soil samples,and the heating temperature and heating time of the electric heating plate are explored.The results showed that when the temperature of the heating plate is controlled at 220℃and the heating time is controlled at 8 minutes,the measurement results are ideal.Through the verification of national first-level standard materials and comparing this method with the traditional oil bath method,the precision(RSD%,n=7)of this method is 1.07%~1.96%,and the accuracy(RE%)is 1.71%~2.40%,All meet the evaluation criteria and are better than the traditional oil bath method,the method is accurate and reliable,and can meet the analysis needs.
