西藏3种野生豆科植物种子发芽特征研究

Seed Germination Characteristics of hree Wild Leguminous Plants in Tibet

通过对西藏冰川棘豆、茎直黄芪、变色锦鸡儿3种野生豆科植物种子进行研究,探究3种野生豆科植物种子的不同发芽特征。在实验室内通过不同温度的种子萌发试验进行研究。结果表明,西藏3种野生豆科植物的最适发芽温度均为25℃。在低温状态中,冰川棘豆发芽率最高。在25℃条件下,冰川棘豆的胚芽长度和胚根长度均最高,变色锦鸡儿的胚根粗度最高。3种不同野生豆科植物具有不同的发芽特征。

Study the germinating characteristics of the seeds of three wild legumes in Tibet.Seed germination experiments at different temperatures were carried out in the laboratory.25℃was the best temperature for the three wild Leguminous Plants.At low temperature,the germination rate of Oxytropis glacialis was the highest.At 25℃,the germ length and radicle length of Oxytropis glacialis were the highest,and the radicle thickness of Caragana versicolor was the highest.Three different wild legumes had different germination characteristics.
