我国西红花可持续发展建议

Proposals of Sustainable Development of Crocus sativus L.

本文在介绍国内外西红花栽培现状的基础上,通过分析产业技术、种植规模、品牌建设及产业体系等方面不足,提出国产西红花“科学规划、延伸产业链、创建优势品牌、构建资源平台、促进产业融合”的发展思路,为西红花产业的可持续发展提供借鉴。

Based on the cultivation status at home and abroad on saffron(Crocus sativus L.),this paper analyzed the shortcomings of industrial tech⁃nology,planting scale,brand building of its products,industrial system.The development strategies of scientific program,extending industry chain,creating competitive brand and resource platform,promoting industrial integration were recommended,which contribute to the sustainable develop⁃ment of saffron industry.
