摘要
传统建筑细部构造深化设计存在相对误差高的问题,针对建筑产业装配式结构的特点,以建筑墙体为例,基于BI M技术对其细部构造的设计展开深入研究。考虑到楼板结构与建筑墙体之间呈现一定稳定支撑关系,因此提出建筑墙体构件拆分的方式,应用BIM技术对建筑模型构建做拆分处理,将墙体构件施工节点拆分为各个建筑构件节点,并针对提出的每一个施工节点进行对应的深化设计。为达成对建筑墙体细部构造的深化目标,应采用建筑墙体细部竖向与横向节点连接施工的方式,完成对细部构造的深化设计。此外,设计对比实验证明:基于BIM的墙体细部构造深化方法与传统方法相比,更满足墙体施工的高精度需要。
In view of the problem of high relative error in the detailed structure design of traditional buildings,aiming at the characteristics of prefabricated structure in the construction industry,taking the building wall as an example,the detailed structure design of the building wall is deeply studied based on BIM Technology.Considering the stable supporting relationship between the floor structure and the building wall,this paper proposes the way of splitting the building wall components,applies BIM Technology to split the building model construction,divides the wall component construction node into each building component node,and carries on the corresponding deepening design for each proposed construction node.In order to achieve the goal of deepening the detailed structure of the building wall,we should adopt the construction method of connecting the vertical and horizontal nodes of the building wall to complete the detailed design.In addition,comparative experiments are designed to prove that the proposed method based on BIM can meet the needs of highprecision wall construction compared with traditional methods.
