摘要
单层直管保温层厚度对管道散热损失的影响比较大,尤其是保温层厚度较薄时,增加保温层厚度,散热损失减少非常明显;当达到一定厚度时,保温层厚度增加对散热损失减少不明显;在合理的保温层厚度范围内,风速的变化对散热损失影响比较小。
The thickness of the insulation layer of single-layer straight pipe has a great influence on the heat dissipation loss of the pipeline,especially when the thickness of the insulation layer is relatively thin,the heat dissipation loss can be significantly reduced by increasing the thickness of insulation layer.When it reaches a certain thickness,the heat dissipation loss is not significantly reduced with the increase of insulation layer thickness.Within a reasonable range of the thickness of the insulation layer,the change in wind speed has a relatively small impact on the heat dissipation loss.
