猪流行性乙型脑炎又被称为猪日本脑炎,是由流行性乙型脑炎病毒引发的一种人畜共患急性传染性疾病,临床特征主要表现为妊娠母猪突然出现流产,产下死胎、僵尸胎,种公猪出现睾丸炎、附睾炎,并引发严重的繁殖障碍。猪流行性乙型脑炎是生猪养殖中威胁较为严重的繁殖障碍性疾病,病毒传播途径多种多样,可以通过直接接触传播,也可以通过蚊虫叮咬皮肤经血液传播。猪流行性乙型脑炎的发生流行不仅会威胁畜牧养殖产业安全,还会威胁周边居民的生命财产安全,带来的经济损失不可估量。该文探讨猪流行性急性脑炎的诊断与防治过程。

Japanese encephalitis,also known as Japanese encephalitis,is an acute form of zoonotic infectious disease caused by the Japanese encephalitis virus and is characterized by a sudden miscarriage in pregnant sows,stillbirth,zombie fetus,species of boars appear orchitis,epididymitis,and cause serious reproductive disorders.Japanese encephalitis is a serious reproductive disorder in pig farming.The virus can be transmitted by direct contact or through blood through mosquito bites.The occurrence of Japanese encephalitis will not only threaten the safety of animal husbandry industry,but also threaten the life and property of the surrounding residents.The economic loss is incalculable.The process of diagnosis,prevention and treatment of swine epidemic acute encephalitis was discussed in this paper.
