工读学校微课应用现状及设计研究

摘要 微课作为新兴教育手段,通过与多媒体技术的结合,以视频方式呈现开展的教学过程。主要研究了如何利用微课解决工读学校中学生基础差、厌学情绪普遍等问题。首先通过调查工读学校微课应用现状及工读学生接受微课程度,基于调查结果进行微课设计和制作,提出以下三点建议:注重学习培训;提升学生内在的素质,将教育、道德意识和法制教育与微课相结合;促进微课与工读教育相结合,改进微课教学方法,促进良好学习习惯的养成。实践证明,该研究的实施增加了学生学习兴趣,为工读教师的微课应用提供了一定的参考意见,明显提高了工读学校教师的教学效率。 As an emerging method of education,micro-lecture presents the teaching process by video through the combination with multimedia technology.This paper mainly studies how to use micro-lectures to solve the problems of poor foundation and general weariness in study of the students in work-study schools for juvenile delinquents.By investigating the current situation of micro-lecture application and the degree of acceptance of micro-lectures by students,the micro-lectures are designed and produced based on the investigation results,and the following three suggestions are proposed:paying attention to learning and training;improving students'inner quality by combining education,moral consciousness and legal education with micro-lectures;promoting the combination of micro-lectures and work-study education,improving the teaching method of micro-lectures,and promoting the formation of good learning habits.Practice has proved that the implementation of this study can increase the students'interest in learning,provide a certain reference for the application of micro-lectures for teachers of the work-study schools for juvenile delinquents,and obviously improve the teaching efficiency in the work-study schools for juvenile delinquents.
