对高校党的建设与事业发展深度融合的逻辑关系进行了分析,认为党的建设高质量成效是推动事业高质量发展的关键,两者之间是有机统一的整体,党的建设是事业发展取得高质量成效的根本保证。高校要坚持以政治建设引领社会主义办学方向、以思想建设落实立德树人根本任务、以组织建设牵引发展提质增效、以制度建设引领学校现代治理体系的完善。高校推动党的建设与事业发展深度融合,必须坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚持责任落实机制是关键、有效衔接机制是方法、综合考核机制是保障,不断推动高校党的建设与事业高质量发展深度的融合。

This paper analyzes the logical relationship between the deep integration of Party building and the education development of colleges and universities,and holds that the high-quality effect of Party building is the key to promoting the high-quality development of the education cause.There is an organic unity between the two,and Party building is the fundamental guarantee for high-quality results in education development.Colleges and universities should adhere to leading the direction of socialist education with political construction,implementing the fundamental task of"building morality and cultivating talents"with ideological construction,promoting development and improving quality and efficiency with organizational construction,and guiding the improvement of the school's modern governance system with institutional construction.In order to promote the deep integration of Party building and the development of colleges and universities,we must adhere to Xi Jin-ping's thought of the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the guidance,take the responsibility implementation mechanism as the key,the effective linkage mechanism as the method,and the comprehensive assessment mechanism as the guarantee,and continuously promote the deep integration of Party building and high-quality development of colleges and universities.
