摘要
专业学位研究生教育是培养高层次应用型专门人才的主渠道,培养专业学位研究生实践能力、职业胜任能力和创新创业能力是主动适应经济社会发展的需要。作为行业特色院校,电子科技大学对构建校内实验实践体系以提升工程类专业学位研究生实践创新能力进行了探究和实践,从培养方案、平台体系、教学团队、课程体系等方面着力,创新了“三位一体”的实验实践教育体系构建,提升了研究生实践创新能力。该校内实践体系创新能广泛应用到其他培养单位和其他专业类别,有助于全面提升研究生实践创新能力,服务国家、地方和行业发展需求。
The education of professional degree graduate students is the main channel to cultivate high-level application-oriented talents.In order to meet the needs of economic and social development,it is necessary to train the practical ability,professional competence,and innovation and entrepreneurship ability of graduate students.As a characteristic university of the industry,UESTC has carried out the exploration and practice in the construction of experimental practice system in order to enhance the practical innovation ability of professional degree graduate students majoring in engineering,innovated the construction of"trinity"experimental practice education system from the aspects of training scheme,platform system,teaching team,curriculum system and so on,and improved the practical innovation ability of graduate students.This system is helpful to comprehensively improve the practical innovation ability of graduate students and serve the development needs of the country,local and industry,and can be widely used in other training institutions and other majors.
