口腔科学线上线下混合式教学初探

摘要 口腔科医患面部长时间近距离接触,口腔涡轮手机等专业设备在工作时会产生大量水雾飞沫及气溶胶,常用的防护措施不足以有效地阻止特殊公共卫生事件的发展,若患者隐瞒病情或者潜伏期患者在未确诊的情况下口腔科门诊进行治疗操作,将导致特殊公共卫生事件蔓延,口腔科门诊是特殊公共卫生事件防控的高危科室。因此,特殊公共卫生事件直接而显著影响着口腔科学的教学,线上线下混合教学带来的巨大机遇与挑战,转变传统教学观念和方式才能适应特殊公共卫生事件时期线上线下混合式教学的需求。中南大学湘雅三医院在特殊公共卫生事件时期积极探索口腔科学理论课线上教学,在实践和探索过程中取得了一些经验。 The close contact of doctors and patients in stomatology department,and the large number of water mist droplets and aerosols produced by oral turbines and other professional equipment in treatment are hidden dangerous factors,and the commonly used protective measures are not enough to effectively prevent the spread of special public health events.If a patient conceals the illness condition or if a patient is in his latent period and is still under undiagnosed state,it will be dangerous for the doctors of stomatology department to treat such patients,which may cause the spread of special public health event,so stomatology department is a high-risk department for the prevention and control of special public health events.Therefore,special public health events directly affect the teaching of stomatology.Online and offline mixed teaching also brings great opportunities and challenges to the teaching.Only by changing the traditional teaching ideas and methods can we meet the needs of online and offline mixed teaching in this special period of public health event.The Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University has actively explored the online teaching of stomatology theoretical courses during this special period of public health event,and has accumulated some experience in the process of practice and exploration,which is summarized in this paper.
