摘要 如何培养创新型临床药学人才,培养出一批具有独立和协作综合能力的高素质临床药师,顺应新医改对药学部门转型的需求,是当前临床药师培训亟待解决的难题。传统的教学方法以教师为主导,培训途径单一,培训方法刻板,培训内容时效性差,不能有效激发学生主观能动性,导致培训效果不佳。结合临床实际带教经验,创新性设计“E-learning+思维导图”教育模式,并在ICU临床药师规范化培训中加以实践,以提升药师参与临床合理用药的能力,满足新医改对药学部门转型的需求提供参考经验。 How to cultivate innovative clinical pharmaceutical talents,train a group of high-quality clinical pharmacists with independent and collaborative comprehensive ability,and meet the needs of the transformation of the Department of Pharmacy in the new medical reform is an urgent problem to be solved in the current clinical pharmacist training.The traditional teaching method is teacher-led,the training method is single and rigid,and the training content is poor in timeliness,so it cannot effectively stimulate the students'subjective initiative to accept new knowledge,resulting in poor training effect.Combined with clinical teaching experience,this paper designs the"E-learning+mind map"education model,and implements it in the standardized training of ICU clinical pharmaci-sts to improve pharmacists'ability to participate in the rational use of clinical medicines,so as to meet the needs of the new medical reform for the transformation of the Department of Pharmacy.
