基于OBE理念的大学生创新创业能力培育路径

Research on the Cultivating Path of College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Based on OBE Concept

在“大众创业,万众创新”的时代背景下,大学毕业生成为创新创业的主力军,但大学毕业生的创新创业能力较低,现阶段大部分高校以教授学生专业知识为主,对培养大学生创新创业能力没有系统完善的培育路径应是主要原因。鉴于此,大学教育中应引进OBE理念,阐述OBE理念对大学生创新创业能力培养的重要意义;正视我国大学生创新创业能力培养途径中出现的问题;结合国外创新创业实践课程典型案例,构建我国大学生创新创业能力培育可行方案和途径已是紧迫任务。

In the historical background of"Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation",college students have become the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship.However,the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students is generally low,because most colleges and universities focus on teaching students professional knowledge,but do not have a set of systematic cultivation methods and path to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students.Therefore,the OBE concept should be introduced into college education,and the significance of OBE concept to the cultivation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurial ability should be expounded.We should face up to the problems of cultivating college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.It is an urgent task to construct a feasible scheme and approach to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurial ability of college students in China in combination with the typical cases of foreign innovation and entrepreneurial practice courses.
