Quality Inspection and Analysis of Cement Mixing Pile for Highway Soft Soil Roadbed

水泥搅拌桩是提升路基强度,改善路基承载能力的有效方法。本文从某公路工程水泥搅拌桩成桩、受力特点出发,结合该工程软土路基水泥搅拌桩加固效果,提出了以桩长、完整性、强度等为主要评价指标的质量检测和评价体系。

Cement mixing piles are effective tools to increase the strength of roadbeds and improve the bearing capacity of roadbeds.In this paper,starting from the aspects of pile formation and stress characteristics of cement mixing piles in a highway project,combined with the reinforcement effect of cement mixing piles in the soft soil roadbed of the project,a quality inspection and evaluation system which takes pile length,integrity and strength as the main evaluation indicators is proposed.
