Application of Vibration Diagnosis Technology in Mineral Processing Equipment

本文针对选矿厂不同的重大型设备,以球磨机作为测试对象,选用频谱分析进行振动诊断,根据振动频率检测球磨机小齿轮磨损情况。通过测试,证实该技术对选矿设备故障诊断有积极的应用价值。

Aiming at different heavy and large equipment in the concentrating mills,this article takes the ball crusher as the test object,applies the frequency spectrum analysis for vibration diagnosis,and detects the wear of the pinion of the ball crusher according to the vibration frequency.Through testing,it is verified that the technology has certain application value for fault diagnosis of mineral processing equipment.
