摘要
随着我国自由贸易建设逐步扩大化,各地区对跨境电商人才的需求也不断增加。本文通过分析农村地区跨境电商发展的现状,就跨境电商复合型人才的培养提出了针对性建议。
With the expansion of free trade construction in China,the demand for cross-border e-commerce talents in various regions is also on the rise.This article analyzes the current situation of cross-border e-commerce development in rural areas,and puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents with comprehensive abilities.
