摘要
目的:探讨无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉的临床效果及并发症情况。方法:2019年9月-2020年8月收治内镜下治疗的胃肠息肉患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组采用普通消化内镜下高频电刀治疗;观察组给予无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗。比较两组临床疗效、并发症及疼痛情况。结果:观察组手术时间与出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组息肉清除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率、术中疼痛与术后疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛消化内镜下高频电刀手术治疗胃肠道息肉,能有效降低术中、术后疼痛感,减少手术时间与出血量,减少并发症发生率。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and complications of high frequency electric knife in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps under painless digestive endoscope.Methods:From September 2019 to August 2020,88 patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated by endoscopy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high frequency electric knife under common digestive endoscope.The observation group was treated with high frequency electric knife under painless digestive endoscope.The clinical efficacy,complications and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and the amount of bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in polyp clearance rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications,intraoperative pain and postoperative pain score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of gastrointestinal polyps with high frequency electric knife under painless digestive endoscope can effectively reduce the pain during and after operation,reduce the time of operation and the amount of bleeding,and reduce the incidence of complications.
