心脏康复护理对慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of cardiac rehabilitation therapy on patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨心脏康复护理应用于慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法:2017年12月-2018年12月收治慢性心力衰竭患者92例,分为两组,各46例。对照组采用传统心脏康复护理;观察组接受综合心脏康复护理。比较两组心功能指标水平、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果;观察组左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)水平低于对照组,左心射血分数(LVEF)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合心脏康复护理对慢性心力衰竭患者进行干预,能改善其心功能指标水平,提高生活质量,同时减少并发症发生。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of cardiac rehabilitation therapy on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018,92 patients with chronic heart failure were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional cardiac rehabilitation therapy.The observation group was treated with cardiac rehabilitation therapy.The level of cardiac function,incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)level was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cardiac rehabilitation can improve the level of cardiac function,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with chronic heart failure.
