神经生长因子联合综合康复训练治疗小儿脑损伤的效果及安全性分析

Effect and safety analysis of nerve growth factor combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in the treatmentof children with brain injury

目的:分析神经生长因子联合综合康复训练治疗小儿脑损伤的效果及安全性。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治小儿脑损伤患者46例,按不同治疗方式分为两组,各23例。对照组采用综合康复训练治疗;观察组在综合康复训练基础上联合神经生长因子治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后神经行为评分(NBNA)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿脑损伤患者经神经生长因子联合综合康复训练治疗的效果良好,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the effect and safety of nerve growth factor combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with brain injury.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,46 children with brain injury were selected to the hospital,and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation training.Observation group was combined with nerve growth factor treatment on the basis of comprehensive rehabilitation training.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The neurobehavioral score(NBNA)of the observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,with the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nerve growth factor combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training is effective and safe for children with brain injury.
