老年带状疱疹神经痛36例临床观察与护理实践思考

Clinical observation and nursing practice of 36 cases of senile herpes zoster neuralgia

目的:探究老年带状疱疹神经痛患者的临床护理方法。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治老年带状疱疹神经痛患者36例,随机分为两组,各18例。两组患者均采用常规治疗;对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予针对性护理。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛评分(VAS评分)及睡眠质量评分(QS)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后VAS评分及QS均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理可以增强老年带状疱疹神经痛患者的治疗效果,同时能有效改善患者疼痛情况以及睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical nursing methods of elderly patients with herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,36 elderly patients with herpes zoster neuralgia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 18 patients in each group.Patients in both groups received conventional treatment.The control group was given conventional nursing care.The observation group was given targeted nursing care.Clinical efficacy,pain score(VAS)and sleep quality score(QS)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS and QS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeting nursing can greatly enhance the treatment effect of elderly patients with herpes zoster neuralgia,and can effectively improve the pain and sleep quality of patients.
