盐酸氨溴索对呼吸机相关肺炎患者感染控制、氧合指数及预后的影响

摘要 目的:分析呼吸机相关肺炎使用盐酸氨溴索治疗对感染控制、氧合指数及预后的影响。方法:2019年1月-2020年12月收治呼吸机相关肺炎患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组给予常规对症支持治疗;观察组给予对症支持治疗+盐酸氨溴索。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后氧合指数高于对照组,感染评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞计数与中性粒细胞百分比均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸机相关肺炎患者治疗期间增加盐酸氨溴索,更有利于感染控制,改善患者氧合指数,保证治疗效果。 Objective:To analyze the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride on infection control,oxygenation index and prognosis of ventilator associated pneumonia.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,40 patients with ventilator associated pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional symptomatic supportive treatment.The observation group was given symptomatic supportive treatment+ambroxol hydrochloride.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the oxygenation index of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the infection score was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The WBC count and neutrophils percentage in the observation group were lower than the control group after treatment,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The increase of ambroxol hydrochloride during the treatment of patients with ventilator associated pneumonia is more conducive to infection control,improve patients'oxygenation index,and ensure the treatment effect.
