阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of acarbose combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探析阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治2型糖尿病患者250例,随机分为两组,各125例。对照组给予单纯盐酸二甲双胍片治疗;观察组给予盐酸二甲双胍片联合阿卡波糖胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后空腹胰岛素、餐后2 h胰岛素水平均低于对照组,胰岛素抵抗水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血糖控制率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病,可有效控制血糖指标水平,调整胰岛功能,保障血糖稳定状态。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of acarbose combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,250 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 125 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets.The observation group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets combined with acarbose capsules.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,fasting insulin and 2 hours postprandial insulin levels were lower than those in the control group,and insulin resistance level was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acarbose combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can effectively control the level of blood glucose index,adjust the function of islets,and ensure the stable state of blood glucose.
