半夏泻心汤加减治疗小儿消化不良临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of children with dyspepsia

目的:分析半夏泻心汤加减治疗小儿消化不良的临床效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治小儿消化不良患儿124例,随机分为两组,各62例。试验组采用半夏泻心汤加减治疗;对照组采用西药治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组腹胀腹泻、疼痛、恶心呕吐、进食困难、肢体乏力等症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减治疗小儿消化不良的效果明显,可以有效缓释患儿疾病症状,减轻患儿痛苦,且临床用药安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of children with dyspepsia.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,124 children with dyspepsia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 62 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction.The control group was treated with western medicine.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the remission time of abdominal distension,diarrhea,pain,nausea and vomiting,eating difficulties,limb fatigue and other symptoms were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of children with dyspepsia is significant,it can effectively release the disease symptoms of children,relieve the pain of children,and has high clinical medication safety.
