动态心电图对评估心肌缺血的价值研究

The value of dynamic electrocardiogram in evaluating myocardial ischemia

目的:探究动态心电图评估心肌缺血的应用价值。方法:随机选取2017年6月-2018年6月本院收治的心肌缺血患者98例进行调查,按照随机信封分组法将其随机分为两组,各59例。参照组心肌缺血患者采用常规心电图进行检测;试验组心肌缺血患者采用动态心电图进行检测。比较两组心肌缺血患者检测后的心肌缺血检出率。结果:试验组心肌缺血患者检测后的心肌缺血检出率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用动态心电图评估患者心肌缺血的检测准确率高,能够全面监测患者的心脏变化情况。

objective:to explore the value of dynamic electrocardiogram(dcg)in evaluating myocardial ischemia.Methods:A total of 98 patients with myocardial ischemia were randomly selected from June 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital.They were investigated and randomly divided into two groups according to the random envelope grouping method,with 59 cases in each group.Patients with myocardial ischemia in the reference group were detected using routine ECG.Patients in the experimental group with myocardial ischemia were detected using dynamic electrocardiogram.The detection rates of myocardial ischemia after detection in patients with myocardial ischemia between the two groups were compared.Results The detection rate of myocardial ischemia after detection in patients with myocardial ischemia in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic ECG has higher detection accuracy for myocardial ischemia in patients,and can comprehensively monitor the cardiac changes in patients.
