肺功能检查在尘肺病诊断中的应用

Application of pulmonary function test in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis

目的:分析尘肺病诊断中肺功能检查的应用效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治尘肺病患者85例,患者均进行肺功能检查,观察不同分期患者的肺功能指标水平。结果:Ⅰ期患者肺活量(VC)、用力肺活量(FVC)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)、1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)及最大呼气流量(PEF)水平均高于Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期患者,且Ⅱ期患者各项指标水平均高于Ⅲ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对人体进行肺功能检查,能够有效判断其是否患有尘肺病,同时还可以判断病情的发展情况,对于患者后续治疗有重要参考价值。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of pulmonary function examination in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,85 patients with pneumoconiosis were selected.All patients underwent lung function examination,we observed the lung function index levels of patients with different stages.Results:In stageⅠpatients,vital capacity(VC),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum ventilation volume(MVV)per minute,forced expiratory volume 1 senond(FEV1)and maximum expiratory flow(PEF)were higher than those in stageⅡandⅢpatients,and the level of each index of stageⅡpatients was higher than that of stageⅢpatients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the lung function examination of the human body,it can effectively judge whether they are suffering from pneumoconiosis,at the same time,it can also judge the development of the disease,which has important reference value for the follow-up treatment of patients.
