产科护理新模式对于促进自然分娩并降低剖宫产率的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of the new mode of obstetrical nursing on promoting natural delivery and reducing the rate of cesarean section

目的:研究将产科护理新模式应用于产妇中的作用与效果。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治产妇180例,随机分为两组,各90例。对照组给予常规性护理;观察组给予产科护理新模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组产程时间短于对照组,总剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总体满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产科护理新模式应用到产妇中,能够获得更为理想的效果。

Objective:To study the effect of applying the new model of obstetrical nursing to parturients.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,180 parturients were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given a new mode of obstetrical nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The duration of labor in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the total rate of cesarean section in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new mode of obstetrical nursing can achieve more ideal effect when it is applied to parturients.
