新媒体在临床护士新型冠状病毒肺炎防控知识学习中的应用

Application of new media in the study of prevention and control knowledge of COVID-19 in clinical nurses

目的:评价新媒体在临床护士新型冠状病毒肺炎防控知识学习中的应用效果。方法:2020年1-2月根据学习当日排班表将护士分为两组,休息护士为观察组、上班护士分为对照组。观察组采取授课老师网络平台授课;对照组采用传统业务学习模式。比较两组授课结束在线试卷测试成绩。结果:两组考核总分、新型冠状病毒基础知识得分、流行病学调查知识得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护士课前等待时间低于对照组,对当次授课方式满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:远程教育在临床护士新型冠状病毒肺炎防控知识学习中有效,能提高临床护士对业务学习的满意度。

Objective:To evaluate the application effect of new media in the learning about the prevention and control of COVID-19 in clinical nurses.Methods:According to the schedule of the study day,the nurses were divided into the two groups,the rest nursing students were selected as the observation group and the nurses at work were selected as the control group from January to February 2020.The observation group adopted the network platform of teachers to teach.The control group adopted the traditional business learning mode.We compared the scores of the online test papers at the end of the lecture between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total score of examination,the score of basic knowledge of COVID-19 and the score of knowledge of epidemiological investigation between the two groups(P>0.05).The waiting time of nurses in the observation group before class was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction with the teaching method in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Distance education is effective in learning about the prevention and control of COVID-19 among clinical nurses,and can improve clinical nurses'satisfaction with professional learning.
