改良急诊护理流程在缺血性脑卒中急诊抢救中对患者预后及并发症的影响

The effect of improved emergency nursing process on patients' prognosis and complications in emergency rescue ofischemic stroke

目的:探究改良急诊护理流程在缺血性脑卒中急诊抢救中对患者预后及并发症的影响。方法:2019年2月-2020年7月收治缺血性脑卒中患者68例,按不同护理方式分为两组,各34例。参照组应用常规护理流程;研究组应用改良急诊护理流程。比较两组患者致残率、致死率与并发症发生率。结果:研究组致残率、致死率及并发症发生率均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在缺血性脑卒中患者急诊抢救中实施改良急诊护理流程,可提升预后质量,降低致残率、死亡率与并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the impact of improved emergency nursing procedures on patients'prognosis and complications in emergency rescue of ischemic stroke.Methods:From February 2019 to July 2020,68 patients with ischemic stroke were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to the different nursing methods with 34 cases in each group.The reference group applied conventional nursing procedures.The research group applied improved emergency nursing procedures.The disability rate,fatality rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The disability rate,fatality rate and complication rate of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of improved emergency care procedures in the emergency rescue of patients with ischemic stroke can improve the quality of prognosis and reduce the rate of disability,mortality and complications.
