摘要
目的:分析微课结合案例教学法在骨科临床护理教育工作中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年9月-2019年9月接受临床护理教育的护生94名,随机分为两组,各47名。对照组采用传统常规教学方法;试验组采用微课结合案例教学法。比较两组护生实习效果及阶段性考核成绩。结果:试验组课堂整体学习效果、专业知识的学习效率及自主学习能力水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组理论知识和实践操作评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微课结合案例教学法在骨科临床护理教育中,有着较为明显的应用效果。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of micro-class combined with case teaching method in orthopedic clinical nursing education.Methods:From September 2017 to September 2019,94 nursing students who received clinical nursing education were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 students in each group.The control group adopted traditional conventional teaching methods.The experimental group adopted micro-class combined with case teaching method.The practice effect and periodical assessment results of nursing students in the two groups were compared.Results:The overall learning effect,the learning efficiency of professional knowledge and the level of independent learning ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro-class combined with case teaching method has significant application effect in orthopedic clinical nursing education.
