健康教育护理干预对康复治疗期精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探究康复期精神分裂症患者实施健康教育护理干预模式对其认知功能的影响。方法:2016年1月-2019年12月收治精神分裂症患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。常规组给予单纯护理干预;研究组在常规护理干预基础上给予健康教育护理干预。比较两组患者精神分裂症认知功能(MCCB)及精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分。结果:研究组干预后MCCB总分高于常规组,且BPRS评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育对精神病分裂症患者言语、记忆、注意力、视觉等认知功能均具有改善作用,且效果显著。 Objective:To explore the effect of health education nursing intervention on cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation treatment.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2019,60 patients with schizophrenia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was given simple nursing intervention.The study group was given health education nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.We compared the two groups of patients with schizophrenia cognitive function(MCCB)and psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)score.Results:In the study group,after the intervention,the total score of MCCB was significantly higher than that in the routine group,and the BPRS score was significantly lower than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education can improve the cognitive function of speech,memory,attention and vision of patients with schizophrenia,and the effect is significant.
