快速康复外科理念下的护理干预对股骨骨折患者Harris评分与术后并发症的影响

Effect of nursing intervention under the concept of fast track surgery on Harris score and postoperative complicationsof patients with femoral fracture

目的:探讨快速康复外科理念下的护理干预对股骨骨折患者髋关节功能(Harris)评分与术后并发症的影响。方法:2017年1月-2020年8月收治股骨骨折患者58例,按护理方法不同分为两组,各29例。参照组给予常规护理;研究组给予快速康复外科理念护理干预。比较两组患者Harris评分及术后并发症发生率。结果:研究组术后并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后Harris评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在股骨骨折患者术后恢复中采用快速康复外科理念护理干预,不但能改善患者髋关节功能,还能减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention under the concept of fast track surgery on Harris score and postoperative complications of patients with femoral fracture.Methods:From January 2017 to August 2020,58 patients with femoral fracture were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The study group was given nursing intervention under the concept of fast track surgery.We compared the Harris score and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after nursing,Harris score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the postoperative recovery of patients with femoral fracture,nursing intervention with the concept of fast track surgery can not only improve the hip function of patients,but also reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
