青少年贫血与身高、体重关系的调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the relationship between adolescent anemia and height and weight

目的:探讨青少年贫血与身高、体重的关系。方法:选取2018年9月-2020年6月年龄相仿的青少年5153名,均进行血红蛋白水平检测,分为贫血组与非贫血组。测量青少年身高、体重。分析青少年贫血与身高、体重间的关系,进一步按性别分为贫血组男生和贫血组女生及非贫血组男生和非贫血组女生。结果:贫血组身高、体重低于非贫血组,贫血组男生身高、体重均低于非贫血组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);贫血组女生年龄小于非贫血组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女生体重与贫血情况呈正相关(rs=0.059,P=0.004)。结论:青少年时期的身高、体重与贫血症状有密切联系,学校与家属应重视贫血状态对青少年的生长发育的不良影响,加强对学生营养干预,培养良好的饮食习惯,有利于青少年健康生长,同时为贫血防治提供理论依据。

Objective:To explore the relationship between anemia and height and weight in adolescents.Methods:From September 2018 to June 2020,5153 adolescents of the same age were selected to detect the level of hemoglobin,they were divided into the anemia group and the non-anemia group.The height and weight of teenagers were measured.The relationship between adolescent anemia and height and weight was analyzed and further divided into anemia group boys and girls in anemia group and non-anemia group boys and girls in non-anemia group according to sex.Results:The height and weight of the anemia group were lower than those of the non-anemia group,the height and weight of boys in the anemia group were lower than those of the non-anemia group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The age of the anemia group was younger than that of girls in the non-anemia group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between body mass and anemia in girls(rs=0.059,P=0.004).Conclusion:There is a close relationship between height and weight in adolescence and anemia symptoms.Schools and their families should pay attention to the adverse effects of anemia on the growth and development of adolescents,strengthen nutritional intervention on students and cultivate good eating habits.It is conducive to the healthy growth of adolescents,and provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of anemia.
