摘要
目的:探究儿童家属进行接种认知干预对儿童预防接种效果的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月预防接种的儿童151例为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组仅对家长进行常规宣传教育;观察组在预防接种时给予家属预防接种认知干预。比较两组接种效果。结果:观察组教育后各项认知分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组脊灰疫苗(OPV)、A群流脑疫苗(Men A)、A+C群流脑疫苗(Men AC)、甲肝灭活疫苗(HepA-Ⅰ)、百白破疫苗(DPT)、麻风疫苗(MR)、麻腮风疫苗(MMR)疫苗接种率高于对照组,服务满意度也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对儿童预防接种的家属进行相关认知干预,可有效强化家属对儿童预防接种相关知识认知,提升儿童疫苗免疫接种率,使得儿童家属满意度大大提升。
Objective:To explore the effect of children's family members'vaccination cognitive intervention on children's vaccination effect.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,151 children vaccinated were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group only provided regular publicity and education to parents.The observation group gave family members a cognitive intervention during vaccination.The inoculation effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After education,the cognitive scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaccination rates of polio vaccine(OPV),group A meningococcal vaccine(Men A),group A+C meningococcal vaccine(men AC),inactivated hepatitis A vaccine(HEPA-Ⅰ),DPT vaccine,leprosy vaccine(MR),mumps vaccine(MMR)vaccine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the service satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the relevant cognitive intervention to the family members of children vaccination,it can effectively strengthen the family members'knowledge about children vaccination,improve the vaccination rate of children,and greatly improve the satisfaction of children's family members.
