安全预防接种护理在儿童预防接种中的应用价值

Application Value of Safe Vaccination Nursing in Children's Vaccination

目的:研究安全预防接种护理在儿童预防接种中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年6-12月接种儿童120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用安全预防接种护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组儿童接种依从率,基础护理、安全管理、病区管理、工作态度、家属满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安全预防接种护理用于儿童预防接种中,能提高儿童配合接种工作的依从性,减少不良反应,提高儿童预防接种病区管理水平。

Objective:To study the application value of safe vaccination nursing in children's vaccination.Methods:From June to December 2019,120 children vaccinated were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing.The observation group used safe vaccination nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The vaccination compliance rate,basic nursing care,safety management,ward management,work attitude and family satisfaction scores of children in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Safe vaccination nursing in children's vaccination can improve children's compliance with vaccination,reduce adverse reactions and improve the management level of children's vaccination ward.
